FP+ with 2 different parks....

If I book fastpass+ for Epcot and use all 3, can I book my 4th for a different park? Or do I have to wait until I enter that park? Thanks!

Once you tap the Mickey head at your first FP+ you can look for a FP+ at a different park via the MDE app.

What do you mean at your first FP+? Do you mean the Third FP in your first park? Or have things changed and you can look for a 4th after your first FP?

Look at the FP FAQ Addendum. You don't have to use 3 in park #1.
