FP window opens the same day as the 2019 packages come out!

People are already complaining about the slowness of the Disney website...and now my fast pass window opens the same day the 2019 packages come out. I am freaking out here!

I would pack your patience and hope for the best, at least if the site goes down it goes down for all so no one is jumping ahead and getting them while you can't - if that helps at all?

My strategy for FP+ days when the site is crashing:

- One Chrome browser
- One Chrome Incognito browser
- Also get on the app
- Work on FP+ from all three
- Take a screenshot of ANY FastPass I get, in case it disappears.

Hopefully a lot of 2019 packages will be called in...?

Fear not!! I had this happen twice in the last couple of weeks while preparing for a split stay. Here's what I did:

• Be ready right at 7am EST with more than one device if possible (iPad/tablet, phone, computer/laptop)
• Be logged in on each device a few minutes ahead of time
• Be patient, things may crash. If the app crashes use the website. If that fails switch to a different device.
• Of course, as always, prioritize what you need to get first
• If you don't get everything you want don't fret, chances are things will open up later in the day or even a few days later. We couldn't get most of what we wanted when we wanted but a few days later there was wide availability for things like SDD and FoP.

You may also want to think about having the number on speed dial. If it crashes everyone will start calling in this will hopefully get you in the front of the line. What day is this?
