FP+ Window opens at 7am Eastern time?

I swear, I think I’ve made my FP+ choices at 6am Eastern for every other trip. When I was in MDE today, it said my window opens tomorrow at 7am Eastern? While an extra hour of sleep would be great, as I live in the Mountain time zone, I want to be sure I’m not missing something. Is it 6am or 7am?
