FP Test Track or Soarin'?

Soarin"s wait times have not been that bad even if you don't do rope drop. I would FP Test Track or Frozen and search for a FP for Soarin later or just do standby.

If like my family and don’t want single rider then FP TT and hit Soarin at opening.

Definitely TT. Touring plans did an experiment, and TT was down at park open which caused it to be backed up all day. Josh from easywdw had stats that said it was down a lot at park open (I think 40% but I could be wrong). Soarin is way easier to get a 4th FP for. I am rope-dropping Frozen, then Soarin.

Yesterday at Epcot I don't think I saw Soarins wait go above 45 min and they also had same day fps nearly all day while I didn't see a single TT same day FP

If it's me, I'm definitely FPing Soarin' unless you absolutely MUST ride TT as a group. Single rider line will literally cut your wait for TT from 80 minutes to 10-20 (if that). Perhaps more important to people like me, the Test Track queue is actually pretty fun and engaging and quite literally a part of the experience, while the Soarin' queue is positively soul-crushing. It sounds like it's moving quicker now than it used to, but it's still flat and boring with very little in the way of visual engagement. Especially critical if you have kids.
