Can we schedule FP+ for afternoon/evening only at AK rides, but visit HS in morning (with no FP+ planned)?

I know the likely answer is "yes", but the FP+ rules/tiers confuse me...

Actually we're planning for 2018 - but yes: with any luck, AvatarLand should be done by 2021!!
