FP strategy for January

Hi everyone!!
In about a week we'll be able to get our FP and this time I'm travelling with my boyfriend and my dad. Dad and I love coasters, boyfriend...well, he doesn't like them at all. He's perfectly fine with the family ones, but not more than that.
So I wanted to know which are the chances of riding EE, SM and ToT without FP and without spending like an hour waiting.
WE'll be there from 1/20 to 1/24.

For EE, you can probably show up within the first hour of park open and not have to wait super long...and/or you can do the single rider line

For SM, you better get in line in a hurry...it gets long fast and never really drops during the day. I think it slows some right around park close, but even that isn't a guarantee.

The line for ToT is funny...sometimes it's really short (they post it as 13 minutes...cute joke), sometimes it's crazy long. Best bet is to get there within an hour of park open.

I think you'd be fine on EE and SM if you do those first in your day (at rope drop). ToT, would probably be OK as long as it doesn't break down. But, it's been doing that a LOT lately.

Like others stated, I'd get to EE and SM right off the bat or get a FP for SM.

For ToT I'd recommend just getting a FP for it and hitting Toy Story or RnR at rope drop

Splash will be down in January for refurb so SM is either a rope drop or fp+ since the crowds will shift.

Oooh I didn't know that! Then it's definitely a FP (we have PPO reservations at BOG, so we'll do 7DMT before the park opens, I'm not sure if we can arrive to Tomorrrowland before rope drop)
