FP+ setup?

How soon before your scheduled trip can you setup FP+? I have a June DVC reservation, and have not received my MBs. I have already linked my tix and dining reservation, but can't yet set my FP requests. When I do online FP can I schedule 2-3 rides within the same 1-hour window? I know only 3 FPs are allowed, and can only be made in one park per day.
