FP+ selection day if date specific tickets start one day after resort checkin

Checking in onsite on Sat. Picked date specific park tickets to begin on Sun (cheaper). Hoping/assuming i can still make FP+ 60 days before resort check in (even though won't have an active ticket for that Sat). Can anyone confirm?

Yes and we are doing the same thing. We arrive on March 6th but our first park day is the 7th. I am making our fast passes this Monday. It is my 60 day window.

Yes. I had this worry last year and it worked just like it was supposed to. No problems.
