FP+ scheduling...has this happened to anyone else?

When I go to My Disney Experience to look into FP+ it says that "it is already linked to my daughter's account" and only she can schedule. I have no idea how that happened or how to go into "her account" to correct this. We never linked anything to her account; she is linked to me along with my son and husband. Has this happened to anyone and how do I correct this? It is coming up to the time when I can schedule our FP+ and I don't want to be "locked out" and be unable to schedule any.

I'm looking for answers as well. In my case, it says my DH is family, but that only he can schedule on his password (which I can't imagine he actually has, since I do everything related to WDW for the family.)

I know; I schedule everything. I can't understand how she got in the middle of this. I'm hoping someone can help us.

Something similar happened to us too. I set up fp and adr's months in advance. All was well. Then, my daughter and family of 5 decided to come with to WDW at the last minute. So she linked her account to ours and I lost all of my husband's fast passes. I kept mine somehow. Well, after 2 calls to WDW IT department, we got it straightened out and even got our fp's back for my husband with no problem. So, don't know How it happens, but just call IT and push for a supervisor if you don't get the right answer. They were all very helpful, but it took 1 hour on the phone, x2. Don't give up, they will fix it:)

I did not have that specific problem, but we experienced lots of MDE glitchiness. Whenever I had any kind of MDE/app problem whatsoever while planning my trip, I called Disney Internet Helpdesk, the number I used was 407-939-7765. I also wanted to make sure that everything was correct (everyone properly linked) before booking FP+ 60 days out. They were always very knowledgable and helpful and able to fix my problems.

I am also experiencing FP+ glitches. I have reservations at Disney's Swan in September but for some reason I'm blacked out from making FP+ reservations until August. Keep getting the runaround from Disney but I'm hoping that persistence pays! Keep us updated!

Are you at 60 days out yet? Until you are you will only see 30 days of availability. Once you hit your 60 day mark you'll be able to see 60 days + length of stay.

Are you sure you should be able to see the 30-day range when you're got a resort stay? I can't even get into the FP system. I can get as far as trying to pick a family member where I am the only one shown, and even I'm grayed out as not having valid tickets. I thought w resort stays on the acct, the whole thing is blocked out until your 60-day hits... ?

If your park tickets were purchased as part of a WDW Resort Package (room and tickets,) you can't see the 30 days in advance FP.
(You can see the 60 days in advance FP, as you can book them at the point.)

But, if your park tickets were purchased stand-alone and separate from your resort stay, then you CAN see the 30 days in advance immediately, as the tickets are valid for use from the minute that you buy them.
(You can see the 60 days in advance FP, when that date arrives, of course.)

This kind of information is found in the FP+ thread found HERE. Read post #1 and #2 for FP+ recommendations and timing advice.
