I was going to read the 1000 page sticky about FP again to find my answer, but this is much easier....

Somehow I am in charge of my family trip. 11 of us. I am the MDE head honcho and contact person.

When it is time to book the FP, am I allowed to book for all the people linked to my account or only those that are actually in my room?

How hard must it be to book 11 FP at once?

As I pointed out, I'm a rookie, old, and.....GET OFF MY LAWN!!!....crotchity.

1. No reason to read the entire thread. The answer to your questions is in the first 2-3 posts.
That's what a "Sticky Post" is all about.
2. Everyone who is linked.
3. Much harder to book the "big" (most popular) attractions than when booking for 2-4 guests at once.
4. See my answer to #1 above.

As long as you are all linked properly you can do it. It will not be difficult even as a party of 11. Book them all together at the 60+LOS mark and then individual parties can alter theirs if and as necessary.

You can test it ahead of time. Just go in and select fastpass and make sure everyone comes up to select in fastpass party. Then you know everyone is there. As long as you can click the circle next to everyone's name they are linked. Try for popular FP later in your trip since you do have a big group.
Also when you make the 1st one on day 1 after confirming it will have 2 options. Choose the one on the left to continue on the same day. This will stay on the same day, same park and go back to names screen with everyone already marked so you can just hit continue and it goes to ride choices

In reality booking FPs for 11 isn't any more difficult than smaller numbers. Just be sure they are all linked to your MDE.
Does everyone want to do the same rides and attractions? Will everyone be in the same park each day? If the answer is no, it becomes more time consuming to reserve all the FPs.
Your biggest challenge will be getting a large number of FPs for the popular attractions.
In general, FoP and SDD seem to be better at 60+5 or later.
Good luck.

I would also suggest with a group that large, that everyone have some down time to do what they want away from the group.
