So if you go to say, MK during the day, then go to DHS in the evening, can you get 3 FP+ for each Park?

No.

3 preselected FP's at the park of your choosing (say MK)

Then when you go to HS in the evening you'll go to a FP kiosk and pick a 4th FP from what's available. Use that FP, you can go to another kiosk and get another. You get 3 preselected ones and then can get extra fast passes after that at the park your in, one at a time as you use them. The 4th+ FP's have to be done on the kiosk, you can't select them on your phone (you can edit them on your phone though)

This is why some people (including myself), if they park hop, they have the initial 3 set up in the 2nd park when lines are longer
