FP+ questions

I'm sure this get asked constantly but I just want to make sure I have everything correct before my window opens.

Our first day in the parks will be May 28. So I can book FP+ for that day on April 28 at 12am(or 11pm since I'm in central time zone)

Since we are staying off property (WBC), I can only book each of our park days at 30 days out, I can't book for my entire trip?

Resort stays they can book for their entire trip at once. Off property we have to book day by day.

Don't be too worried though because aside from A&E, and some time slots for 7 dwarfs, everything should be widely available for you to pick and plan from.
