FP questions - help needed

My 60 day window opens tomorrow and I have a few questions

1) If we only book 2 fastpasses, when can I book more using the MDE app? I realize it's usually after you use the 3rd, but what if we only book 2?
2) Can I book fastpasses for 2 parks on the same day? We are going to be hopping from Hollywood Studio's to Epcot one day. Can I book one HS fastpass and one Epcot fastpass for the same day?

On question 2, the answer is no. You can’t book FPs for more than one park.

If you only book 2 FPs, you can add the 3rd r any time, If one of those 2 is a Tier 1 ride, then in order to make another one in that category, you have to wait to use up both of the passes booked ahead of time,

On question 2, the answer is no. You can’t book FPs for more than one park.

Just for clarification, you can’t PREbook FastPasses for more than 1 park per day. Once you’ve used your prebooked FastPasses at a park you can search for available FastPasses at any park.

If they had 2 FP's booked for Park #1 they could make a FP for Park #2 as soon as they tap into their first FP even though they still have one remaining in the first park.

If you are staying in the same park and one of those first 2 FP's is a tier 1, you would have to use add/use another tier 2 prior to adding another tier 1. If you are park hopping then you could make a tier 1 FP in the 2nd park as soon as you tap your first FP in park 1 even if one of the original FP's is a tier 1.
