FP question

Going to be in WDW MK on 2/25/18 and I'm staying at Disney Dolphin. I understand the earliest I can signup for fast pass would be 60 days out. (Yes, I'm looking at 7DMT or Peter Pan flight for early in the day). I've already made dining reservations already

Looking at my calendar, that would make 60 days, Christmas! 12/25.

Does anyone know what time they start opening up the FP for that day? Ie. would it be Christmas Eve 12/24 at 11:59pm or just one minute later on 12/25 at midnight? or some other random time of the day?

If your check-in date is February 25, your FP booking window opens on December 27 at 7:00a ET.

60 days before 2/25/18 would be 12/27/17.

The timing does not go by "months before X" but by "days before X."

thanks! completely forgot that december and january have 31 days. would've been up on xmas morning for nothing!

What day do you check in at your resort? That's what matters, not your first park day.

You gave information in your post about the day you are going to a park, not the day you check in. Big difference in regard to FP+.

If your first day at WDW is Feb. 25, 2018 and your FP window opened yesterday, it was a quirk.
(If so, I'm glad that you happened to catch it.)
60 days before Feb. 25, 2018 would be Dec. 27, 2017.

OTOH, if you are checking into your resort on Feb. 23, 2018, then yes, Dec. 25, 2017 would have been the "60-days-before" date.
