FP+ Plan. It's really more simple than before.

Here's how you plan for FP+. It's slightly different if you got a RD than if you don't. Of course this is only the way to work FP+ if your intention is to go on the most rides possible. (There's other ways to use FP+ to either stream-line your day, avoid getting stuck in a line for an ADR, etc)

If you got at Rope Drop, pick the top 4 rides you want to go on that usually have the longest wait times. Go to one of those 4 immediately after RD, and get FP for the other three. (if you're not there at Rope Drop, just pick your top 3 an get FP+ for them)

It does not matter what time of day you get those FP+'s for, because as soon as you commit to getting a FP+ for an attraction, the wait time becomes irrelevant.

Everything else is simply figuring out what time of day has the shortest SB, lines for the rest of the attractions you want to visit. This is almost impossible to do right now because things have not adapted to the new system yet. But over time we may see *some* patterns. However there will probably be a lot less pattern to follow than previously, since the FP+ system spreads people out across rides more.

This is the extent of planning the new system allows for. Don't think your can "figure it out" because they designed it to be un-figure-out-able.
