I'm staying 20 days and tonight is my 60 days to check in...but it's only showing me 14 days of available FP dates. Is this right? I thought it was for length of stay?

Anyone know the phone number for Disney IT? I guess with over 100 views and no responses that this isn't a question DIS can answer, so I would like to try calling Disney and see if they can figure it out!

The confusing part to me is that it should be showing you 30 days of availability at this point, then 60 as soon as your 60-day window opens. How it has 14 I have no idea....

MYW tix are good for 14 days. Could that be it? Can you even get LOS tickets for 20 days? I thought I'd seen that for UK guests.

Mesa, it's the width of the selection window, not time to window opening. I think.

My guess it is based on the fact tickets are only good for 14 days (unless it is an AP of course).

I believe it's because of your tickets. AP holders also have a limit on how many days they're allowed to choose (7?)

AP holders are only limited to 7 days worth when they are offsite. Onsite you can book for the entire length of your stay. Although to be fair I've only done it for 10 days (9 nights) - not the length the OP is talking about....

I'm staying 26 days at a Disney resort. I have an annual pass. The system saw my reservation and allowed me to book the first 14 days worth of fast pass at my 60 day mark. The next day I was able to book my 15th day fast pass, the next my 16th day fast pass and so on until all 26 days had fast passes booked. Hope this helps.

Until the OP returns, I guess our questions will remain open.

i'm willing to bet she doesn't have an AP. The longest ticket beside that is the 14 day ticket available to overseas guests... that must be what she has. Or she has a 10 day ticket and it's only letting her pick 10 days from a 14 days window starting with the first day she has FP for... because her ticket will expire after that...
I have AP and am only staying 14 days, but was able to book all of them when the 60 day window opened.

If your window to make FP+ is not yet open, the calender may only show you the next 2 weeks in advance. You also may get a message that a valid park ticket is necessary.

It all changes when the window is open. For me, it was right at midnight at 60 days out. One minute I had the two week calender, the next minute I had the ability to make FP+ selections for my whole trip.

Sorry all, OP here....we have Annual Passes that don't expire until a month after stay is completed, so it's not about the length of tickets.

Our 60 day window opened at midnight today.....we arrive on September 28. So my understanding is that we should be able to book from arrival day September 28 through our departure date of October 18.....but I can only book through October 12.

When I log in and look at FP+ I am able to book FP from today through October 12.

Does anyone have IT's phone number so I can try to get those last 6 days open for booking. Thanks.
