So this is my first time with FP+ and we will be there in June. We are going for seven days and have park hopper. We plan on going to one place in the morning then moving to another after an afternoon break. My plan is the following:

Arrival day-DS- Epcot
MK- HS
Epcot-AK
Mk all day with break
Epcot-AK
HS-Epcot
MK all day
Departure day no parks

Should I get FP in the morning or afternoon? We do plan on hitting role drop and have some breakfast scheduled at Bog and Akershsus before the park opens. On the MK days should we get the morning and try for more FP in the afternoon? I planned more days in Epcot hoping for frozen, and soarin to be up and moving. What would you suggest?

On the days you are park hopping, I think FP+ are going to be most beneficial at the second park. You won't really need them at the morning park the first couple of hours.

For the all-day Magic Kingdom days, you might try to get them for something like 10:30-11:30, 11:30-12:30, 12:30-1:30, because chances are good that you can then get a 4th/5th FP+ that is worth something.

On your MK - HS day I would get the fp's for HS. There are too many rides at HS that have really long waits if you don't have a fp. MK has plenty of rides that are walk ons in the morning.

Epcot - AK - I would get the fp's for Epcot. You should be able to go to AK without fp's late in the day.

MK - schedule fp's no earlier than 11am

You will be able to get 4th fp's at all the parks, although sometimes it isn't for a ride you want. A good 4th fp is for Fantasmic. :)

With the addition of ROL at AK do you think rides and attractions may be longer in the afternoon?

Yes, I think so. AK has generally emptied out in the late afternoon before closing time, but I with a night-time show, I think that will no longer be the case.

If you plan to do Epcot in the morning and then AK in the afternoon, I would get the FP+ for AK. The only ride you really need a FP+ for at Epcot is Test Track (with Soarin being closed) and if you can ride it right at rope drop, you should do fine at Epcot.
