When will fast passes be available for the Minnie/mickey railroad ride?

Based on how they've been opening new rides recently, there is a good possibility that FP+ will not be available for MMRR, at least for the first while.

Since we're within the 60 day FP window of MMRR opening, I'm leaning towards thinking it will open without FP+ being offered.

They were available the day the ride open. Tier 1 in Hollywood Studios system
