FP+ linking with barcode ticket?

Hello!

Has anyone had experience with how to link a park ticket to FP+ when there is only a barcode and no number?

My SIL and BIL have non-expiry tickets from 2009. I called her to get some sort of number to link to FastPass+, but she says there is a barcode, but no number anywhere on the ticket. What do I do with just a barcode???

Ive got one from about that same time period, when you goto link the ticket to magic band there is an option for older tickets and it makes it pretty easy to do all types of tickets from a bunch of past years.

If you have the MDE app on your mobile phone or tablet, then you can scan in the barcode to link your ticket.

you mean use the barcode scanner ,right?

I was told and experienced it this past march that any paper tickets have to be transfers to the new cards in order to link them and use them.
