Yes. It is inside the park, not outside the gates. Over by the stroller/scooter rental.

Does anyone know what the day of FP+ situation has been like recently (other than thanksgiving week) for Soarin' and TT?

I have an extra set of bands and I'm wondering if it is worth trying to get FP with them if we plan on being out of the park by 2ish anyway.
