Let me start by saying, I am new to the fastpass plus system! Our last trip was shortly before the new fastpass system came out.

My FP+ window is coming up (staying on site, 60 days!), and I know even though i i know I cant book until the 60 days in advance, I wanted to make sure I had everything ready and in order. When I logged in, it gave me the option to select fast pass, so just to make sure everything is good, i started the process.

After i clicked everyone in our party, it says that there were several issues with going forward. It obviously said i had to wait until the 60 day mark, but it also said i had to link my tickets. I figured i would try and do that now, so that way on FP day i wont have to bother. But it would not let me. Everytime i clicked to link, and put in our confirmation number, it tells me that my reservation is already linked to another account. i am getting a bit frustrated because i know it is linked to an account-- mine!!

Is this just something that comes up automatically because it is not my FP time? Will it resolve itself on my 60 day mark? or should i place a call to Disney?

Thanks!!

Did you book your tickets as part of a package? If that is the case they will not show up until your 60 day window no matter what you do.

I bet you have a package. You may want to read the Booking Windows post in the FP FAQ.

If you haven't booked a package, I would call, they should be able to resolve it for you or at least explain what the deal is. Better to get it straightened out ahead of time than chance an issue at your FP+ day.

My 60 day mark is in 3 days, I also went into the FP+ area just to see how it was all going to work, and even though my selection day is in 3 days, the calendar it shows me only goes up to September 7 (so 30 days, as though I were offsite). I'm also unsure if that's just how it's going to look until the 60 day mark happens, or if I should call them and ask if my account is behaving as though I were offsite. So you're not alone in your curiosity...

Did you book a package? IF you did not book a package then yes it only shows the 30 days booking window until your 60 day window opens.

If you have separately purchased admission linked to MDE, you will have a rolling 30 day booking window.

That's exactly what it should look like until you hit your 60 day mark.

If you have a package you'll be able to see everything only after your 60 day window opens at 7am eastern at 60 days.

Yes this happened to me before 60 days too.

It worked exactly as it should at 60 days :)
