We have a trip in May (room only). We linked our existing "non-expiring tickets" and made fast passes. Got everything we wanted at the times we wanted. Now, we want to add the dining plan which requires us to add new tickets (I think).
- If we add new tickets can we transfer our existing fast passes from our non-expiring tickets to our new tickets?
- I'm worried if I have to make new fast passes all of our times/attractions will not be available.
- Can I add the dining without adding tickets?

I don't believe that the Fast Passes are linked to your tickets specifically. If you add additional tickets, both sets should appear on MDE. Then you will need to make sure that the tickets you need to use for this trip are prioritized, so that they are used first. The other tickets should remain untouched.

I am not sure about the dining plan needing new tickets, though I would think it wouldn't. Someone else should be able to clarify.

There is now a resort room + Dining package so you should be fine.
