FP+ Frustrating

I spent several hours of the phone with them yesterday and they still couldn't figure out what is wrong. I'm just to the point where I am throwing my hands up and not really caring about FP+ anymore. They told me to try and take care of it when we get there. Seriously, I don't want to spend majority of my time and my family's time in line trying to get this fixed. I logged in a little while ago and noticed that my daughter now has 2 accounts, but neither are linked nor can they be linked. The second they created while I was on the phone. It's so frustrating.

Sorry about your experience so far. No, you should not have to wait until you get to your destination only to spend who knows how long trying to fix these problems. I know many may not agree with me but I think it's time for Disney to step up to the plate and either fix the system or pull it until they can fix it.
 
Disney keeps saying they are in the testing stages but what I'd like to know from them is if they have a deadline. Is it another few months, years or whenever? How long are people expected to put up with blips and glitches? How long is too long?

WDW's TV ads are stating this is a "test", but shutting down the legacy FP system while there are still so many bugs to be worked out is not good business for keeping customers. That makes it not a test...but mandatory while they flounder around trying to make this effective.

It is too bad that customers are inconvenienced during their mandatory "test" period. I think eventually it will work out, but too bad for those taking their vacation during this timeframe. :sad2:
 
I just want to say that I am completely DONE with these Magicbands. I happened to log into my account this evening and guess what. Most of my party's factpasses are GONE. Yup, GONE! I didn't change anything and my family's fastpasses are all GONE except mine. I was told that they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my daughter's and that I would have to take care of it at the park. Great, I get to loss time with my family to try and take care of this problem. Now, I'm going to have to get on the phone with them tomorrow to try and figure this whole thing out. I leave in 15 days and this happens. I thought they were neat at first, but now I'M OVER IT! Sorry, I just had to vent.

Are you using the app or a computer? That happened to me a few times during our trip with the app -- but nothing was actually gone. I just couldn't see it. The Concierge desk at your resort is the best place to go to have stuff like this fixed while you're there.

However, there have been a lot of issues with the MDE site the past couple of days. What you're seeing now could be part of that. So if it isn't all back tomorrow you should probably call.

Nope, not the app. All on the computer. Ironically, one day I have a 2 fastpasses. One for my daughter and one for me, but hers can't be fixed on the phone. UGH! I'm wondering if it has something to do with now Annual Passholders being able to get them. We're all Annual Passholders.
 
So, I just got off the phone about my Magic Bands again. Thanks to Tyrone for fixing my problem. He was able to get my daughter back on and fix it so everyone has Fastpasses together. :cool1: He also gave us every Fastpasses for all the problems we have had. :banana: :love: This is my first time getting some Pixie Dust. :wizard:Thanks so much Tyrone! :wave2:
