FP for ToT midday

So I'm trying to figure out my trip and I'm wondering - do you think I could get a FP for ToT on a Saturday (morning EMH) around 1 that would be good around 4/4:30/5? Odd question, I know.

ETA: does it have the single rider line?

TOT is a ride that they don't check the expire time on that offened. So if you get one with a time of say 10:00 to 11:00 then it SHOULD still be good at anytime after 10:00 to ride.
