Yes, but I recommend against it--the castle will block much of your view of Wishes. Instead, backup 100' or so.

If you choose FP+ for MSEP only, I've included red arrows to show where to MOVE
for viewing Wishes (and Celebrate the Magic) right after the parade passes the parade FP+ reserved area.

@Robo- how likely is it to physically be able to make this move suggested in your picture for Wishes. This seems like a great plan but won't it be fighting through a mob to move back on Main Street?

If it's anywhere near a busy night, those spots will be already staked out by the time the parade ends. It might be doable to move some, but the prime spots will all be certainly taken.
