FP+ For MK Fireworks Viewing Area

Is it possible to get a FP+ reservation in MK for NYE fireworks in the new fireworks viewing area near the Hub? Do they even offer it on holidays? Curious about July 4th too.
 
We were there July 4th and I don't believe they roped that section off. I don't believe they offered any Wishes FP.
