FP for Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas Parade-Xmas Week

When can I book a FP for Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas Parade for during Christmas week? I know last year during this week the Parade was at 12:30 and 3:30. I tried last night but it said something like "under refurbishment" and I could not book.

Nobody knows the reason for the issue.

I was able to get a FP for Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade this morning for 12/23 with arrival time between 3:10 and 3:35. Calendar lists the parade starting at 3:30 and still lists Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade at 3:00???
