We are going to be in MK for our Spring Break week next week :yay:. I expect it will be crowded and am wondering how many minutes before the Electric Light Parade we would need to be in the right area if we use one of our FP+s for it? The parade times are 9pm and 11pm. Thanks!!

Although the FP+ will guarantee you a reserved area it would not guarantee you a perfect spot. However, having said that if you arrive 30 min before the start of the parade you could still get a decent spot to enjoy the parade. This is true when most people would use their FP+ for the more busier attractions.

Happy travelling.

If you can wait until the 11 o'clock parade you will find that finding a good position is significantly easier and will most likely not require FP+ (I truthfully don't even know if they offer it for the 11:00 parade). The 9:00 parade will be significantly more difficult to score good seats to unless you are willing to stake your spot an hour or so before hand.

You can obviously FP+ the 9:00 parade and you are expected to arrive by 8:30/8:45 I believe.

Pretty sure your FP+ would not be good for the second parade, only the first one. (although not positive about that)

That being said, for a 9pm MSEP, you can arrive any time before 8:45 and get a good location. 8:30 or earlier should yield you something on the curb.

If you are able to go to the 11 pm parade and don't need the best spot, but still want a good spot, save your FP+ and go to the 11pm option. Spots will be much easier to come by.
