We are doing our 1st ever trip to WDW this Fall. Our MK day, we will be traveling with another family. 4 people in our family and 4 people in their family. We both want to meet Anna & Elsa. I know this has been a hard FP to get. Should I try booking it for 8 people? Or should each family do it separately so just book for 4? I know I have been reading that sometimes I will even have to do for 2 or less... TIA! (P.S. There is one child under 3 in our party, and one child under 3 in their party...so actually now I'm even more confused. Would this mean we only need FP for 6 total (or 3 each family??!) Thanks for any tips! There may be another FP we would all like to do together but Anna & Elsa are the priority...

Reports indicate it is next to impossible to book A/E for a large group all at once. Break it into smaller groups and you'll have a much better chance.

As for the under 3's, they don't have tickets therefore they can't book FP, nor do they need them. They just tag along with an adult for any attraction they're tall enough for.

So it sounds like, I shouldn't waste time trying to get such a large group? But rather, each family try to book their own FP for 3 people (at least for Anna/ Elsa anyways?) Or maybe even less than 3 people..then copy?

We have a party of 6 but with one under 3. We got 5 staggered fp times and have half an hour when we can all go in together. To get the fp times I had to book 1 person then copy the fp to other people in my party. I also advise booking at midnight when the fp open.
