FP experiences for non-headliner rides

Hey everyone!

How are people doing with FP for rides that aren’t SDMT, any TSM, FoP, Soaring, etc.

We make FP tomorrow for our trip 12/4-12/8. We’re doing AK 60+1, MK 60+2 and 60+3. Epcot is also 60+3 but I’m gonna try my luck at same day FEA FP. That’s the only one I’m kinda nervous about.

Our only AK FP will likely be safari. Do I need one for festival of lion king?
MK 60+2: enchanted tales with bell, Ariel’s grotto or journey of LM, PP.
MK 60+3 jungle cruise, pirates, meet Mickey town square.

We’re RD Both MK days so hoping to do whatever we can on top of FP. It’s DH, myself, DD2 and DS4. Nervous! But hoping we’ll be ok since we aren’t getting the super popular ones?!

All of the ones you listed can be made pretty much any day, any time. I get most of those 5 minutes in advance, day of. Peter Pan would be the one that's hardest, but it's still definitely doable same day, same hour.

Should not be much of a problem.
The only 2 FPs we had any trouble with were FoP couldn't get (still looking) and SDD (much later than preferred).
We leave in about a week, and last week added Soarin.
Outside of the headliners, FPs at multiple times are available every day during our trip.

If you make FPs at your 60-day mark .. you can pretty much get anything .. at any time .. except for the headliners you mentioned.

Like someone above .. I only got a FOP FP because I made it at 60+6 .. I got a SDD FP at 60+5 .. but not in the morning. SDMT isn't as bad as it used to be.

AK .. a FP for just Safari is fine .. my general feeling is FPs are never needed for shows (but are worth getting anyway if you have nothing else to use them on).

For Epcot -- if you really want FEA FP . .just get it. Same day FP may be tough for it . .just depending on crowds. The tiering system there at Epcot simply makes the big three (and really only rides you truly need FPs for) in high demand.

I had that same debate too ..but since I am going with a 2-year old that is now infatuated with everything Anna and Elsa .. well .. that is a must-do (especially since she can't go on Test Track or Soarin)
