What are the best FP+ options for Epcot? Basically, all we want is Test Track but seeing as it's our honeymoon we have a few full days at Epcot and thought it might be good to take advantage of FP+. Will we actually need FP+ for attractions that before never had a wait? Like Living with the Land? And is it worth using the higher tier FP+ for Maelstrom? We had considered doing Illuminations but I heard it's really not worth it.

Things we probably want to do:
Test Track
Figment
Maelstrom
Captain EO
Illuminations
Living with the Land

I wouldn't worry too much about maelstrom... Depending on the time of day you can find 15 to 20 min waits. I would definitely use the FP for test track if that's on your list. I noticed you did not mention Soarin. Highly recommend this ride, if you plan to do Epcot in one day get there at rope drop and do either Soarin or test track first then do a FP for the other.

Our strategy for our upcoming trip (we will be in Epcot 3 1/2 days) is to schedule FP+ for the attractions that are really popular (i.e. Test Track and Soarin which we switched this FP+ out each Epcot day), and then also schedule Mission Space. Our third FP+ we have Illuminations Viewing for our arrival day (will be going to the park for dinner and EMH), Turtle Talk with Crush, and Spaceship Earth, however I don't really think you need a FP+ for this ride since it is a continuous ride vehicle but it was one of the better Tier 2 choices. Figment and Nemo are good choices especially if you have younger guests with you, but my kids are 10 and 13 (at time of trip) so they can take those rides or leave it. As for Maelstrom, I agree with the PP that said depending on the time of day you ride it, you won't wait in a long line for it. Have a great trip, we will be there the same time as you :goodvibes.

If you don't want to do soarin, then do test track at rope drop and maelstrom when world showcase opens. You can then use all 3 fp at another park later.

I tried Soarin once and spent the rest of the day sick, so I don't think I'll ever do that one again!
