FP: DCA vs DLR

Hello,

do the FP machines "talk" to each other? Or are they connecter just in the same park? I know Cartoon spin is disconnected sometimes in DLR, but what about the ones in different parks?

DCA is not connected to DLR. You can get a FP for Space Mtn and walk over to DCA and then immediately get one for Soarin' (or any other FP ride).

Further, once your entrance media/tickets are scanned at either gate they are initialized for both parks. This is how we use this. We all enter DL in the morning and do some rides, get our FPs, etc. Then on some days I will head over to DCA solo at 10:30-11AM and pick up FPs for Soarin and GRR (because GRR is disconnected) and then return to DL. I do not need to have my family's tickets scanned at the DCA gates in order to get FPs inside DCA. When they were scanned as we entered DL earlier they were also considered scanned at DCA as far as FP is concerned.
