Fp booking time with split stay?

We are arriving for a 5 night package stay with 8 day park hoppers and our 60 day for fp is Monday. We are staying an additional 2 nights at a different on property resort... will we be able to book all fp on Monday? Or will we need to wait longer to book the last two days because of the resort switch? Thanks!
