FP+ Booking Q with new ticket structure

Hi All - I have a question regarding booking FP with the new ticket structure. I have 3 DVC rooms booked. DH and I have APs. All the others have 3 day park tickets. Our arrival date is Sunday. Their tickets start on Monday. Can they book their FP 60 days out from the start of resort stay OR does it have to be 60 days out from when their tickets will technically be active?
