FP+ Available for MSE Parade in March??

We will be at MK on March 6 and have been checking but haven't seen any FP+ options for Main Street Electrical Parade or Wishes yet. Is it still too early or are they all gone and I missed them?

We'll be there Sunday March 2nd and it still hasn't opened up for me yet.
