Fp+ anna/elsa already gone!

Im so upset!
We are going april 24/25 to MK.
I didn't realize there was a fp for anna/elsa when I did our fp 60 days out.
Now they are gone
Any tips to snagging one?

They actually weren't available when you did you 60 day booking. They became available between then and now, but since you weren't checking daily, you missed the window. Maybe. People are reporting limited success in shrinking the number in your party. Try for two people. If that doesn't work, try for one. Once you have one locked in, people suggest mapping that FP over to the rest of your group. Sometimes you get overlapping times. Sometimes you don't. I haven't try to work the system, but those that have will ride in to this thread in due time and teach you the tricks.

I'm glad I'm in the minority on this one. My kids could not possibly care less about meeting a character unless they're furry and have big ears.

If you are checking MDE on a phone app, try checking on a desktop computer. Before we left I was trying to get the Festival of Fantasy parade and the phone app wouldn't give me the option. I checked on the desktop and it gave me the option. I don't know if this will work, but worth a try. I know Anna and Elsa are hugely popular so it's possible they are all taken.

If I reduce my party down to one I am able to book it. Try to do each person individually. You will not be able to schedule a child under 14 by themselves, which could cause some problems.

people have been booking with the one adult and then trying to copy the rest of the itinerary to the kids. Sometimes it works, sometimes there aren't any more spots left.

The ones I've been able to snag in April, I scored by getting on my computer shortly after midnight. And even then I've had to do one person at a time to get times close to eachother (and that's for my party of just 2.)

I know Disney (supposedly) holds some FP+ back for the day of. I'm sure you don't want to wait til the last minute, but that is a possibility if you can't secure any before then. Good luck!

I was able to do it 1 by 1. I started with 1 person. Got them a slot. Then did a copy. It would not give me the same exact slot, it gave me 5 minutes later. Repeat. I ended up with 7 passes that were staggered by 5 min. (my kids were each in slots by themselves) It was fine.

Then a few days later, they opened it up from a limit of 1 to approx. a limit of 4. I could take my 1-offs and copy them to another, getting up to 4 in any given slot. I was tinkering w moving them here and there, but I could not get them to over 4 at one time. So now I'm booked in two groups (3 and 4), 5 min apart. I'm good w that and see no reason to tinker further.

I think what's happening is each A&E slot has a capacity of 4. When there are 2 in that slot, you can only get 2, and so on. By booking 1 and then copying 1 by 1, it picks the "nearest available" and puts them in that slot.

Sometimes you'll be able to find groupings of 4.

If you try 5 or more, you'll never find anything because there is no single slot of 5.

Trying 4 or less you may find some, but your best bet is to do them 1 by 1.

Apr 24-25 tho, you're within 30 days. Pretty much everyone has had a chance by now. I would go down to 1 by 1 and hope you find some one-offs.

Not sure how this is much different than showing up at the park and discovering the must-have ride is out of FP+ by 9:30am. The running of the bulls has just moved from rope drop to stalking your computer at exactly 7am 60 days out.

I'm so sorry OP. I hope your able to work something out so your kiddos get to meet them.

i was only able to get me and my daughter one at the same time....which hubby could care less....
and this way we can do rider switch fp with hubby's leftover fp!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad it worked out for you. But it would be best to keep the rider switch quiet for now lest some folks tell you that you won't be having as much fun as you think you are!

Just back on Saturday and the lineup in Norway was the craziest thing we saw all week...they had the line broken into two holding areas so that people could still get around Norway. At first glance it didn't look that bad but then a cast member mentioned the lineups last week were between 5 & 7 hours long!!!

I swear, they need to just open one of the (numerous) unused buildings in EPCOT and move that M&G to it. It's beyond me why they didn't do that months ago when the popularity became obvious. (Yeah, I know they are moving them to MK soon.)

There are actually people who wanna go see and explore the Norway area, and the crowds of people and strollers and ECVs everywhere due to the characters is just bonkers.

While in the Harmony Barbershop yesterday, another lady whose child was getting her hair cut was telling us all that she only waited 45 minutes to see Anna and Elsa on Saturday afternoon/evening. She said the rain made a lot of people leave the line and so they were able to take advantage.

Can you book one fastpass selection at a time or does it still require you to book all three at once? Also, how do you typically monitor availability if you already have fastpass selections booked for the day? Sorry, I am just confused about the logistics of the website and app. I wonder how to change a selection for one member of your party.

I just booked the Elsa/Anna FP+ for June 6th for 4. Didn't need to copy or anything like that. Works out nice since it will be our 16th anniversary that day!

If anyone can figure out stuff like this it's the Disboards. SO glad it worked out for you,op!

To a pp, I do think it's kind of sad we have to resort to this but those lines for some of the characters are just crazy!! I sure would appreciate disney making a fp available ahead of time so I know going in and don't have to stand in line for 3 hours. That's just nuts!
