So, we just bought APs for our upcoming trip in June, we obviously won't activate it until we go in June, but my question is will we be able to book FP+ for our entire resort stay (12 nights at OKW) at our 60 day window or is there going to be an issue where it claims we don't have tickets and if so is there something I need to do now to fix it before our booking window opens?

You'll be fine when the time comes to book FP+. :)

Yes.
This is standard AP certificate and FP+ procedure.

Procedures and price lists for upgrading tickets is covered in post #6 (HERE) of the
"All About TICKETS & Upgrades" sticky post near the top of this forum.

You'll be able to book all 12 onsite nights with your AP Voucher when your FP window opens. You can go in now and even see FP+ availability within the next 30 days.

Information like this is provided in the "FastPass+ Frequently Asked Questions" Sticky Post always found near the top of this forum.

Yep. From Post #2:
A guest must have valid ticket media linked to their name on this account. In most situations, ticket vouchers (including those for Annual Passes) can be linked as well as tickets from third-party resellers such as Undercover Tourist.

Thank you, good to know and do I just go to any ticket window to get the AP or can concierge at the hotel take care of this?

Historically, resorts can handle most ticket upgrades, but APs are a different situation.
It has been reported that, after arrival, tickets can be upgraded to AP directly from inside a guest's MyDisneyExperience account.
If so, that would be the better way to upgrade, as the correct amount for the upgrade looks to be applied using that method.

A guest should KNOW ahead of time exactly what the AP upgrade should cost.
That information and computational equations and price lists

I don't need an upgrade, it just said we had to exchange the voucher for the actual AP, I am assuming for the discount card and such, just not sure if I can do that at the resort or not.

Just ask at the lobby concierge desk.
If they say no, head to any guest relations or ticket booth anywhere at WDW.
If you have a MagicBand, all you need to pick up is the AP ("discount") card.

(Don't forget that all guests 18 yrs and older will need a legal photo ID.)

Good reminder on the ID, as I usually don't take it in since we don't drink. Also, I am assuming that will need to take my DVC card since it is a DVC discounted pass.

Yup.

And further, I recommend that you always carry a legal ID at WDW.
Over the years I've had that ID save some valuable time when there has been a ticket or AP issue that required a trip to Guest Relations.

You will definitely be fine. Just a couple of weeks ago, I had to buy an AP for my youngest child because everyone else in our family had one except for her because she was 2 during our last visit. So she currently has a voucher but not an activated pass. At 60 days I was able to secure fast passes for everyone, including her.

We had to go to Guest Relations at a park to exchange voucher for actual AP. Keeping a photo ID (our Driver's License) on us at all times is standard practice for DH & I. We need them at various times.

It can also be done at Disney Springs GR (the “Welcome Center”).

Yes, didn't mention DS. We knew we could do it at GR at parks and were headed to MK first day so that was just our obvious place to do it.

We have never had problems booking FPs with unactivated APs.
As mentioned, be sure to have a photo ID with you. We have always had to show it to activate the APs.
We have gone to guest Services to activate the APs.
I've read that some have had success doing that at a resort concierge, but we've never ahd any luck with that.
