FP+ and time change?

I am helping a friend plan FP tomorrow morning
Since Florida is changing time (cutting one hour back), is it safe to assume FP booking will start at 7:00AM or should I try and get on the app at 6:00?

FP booking begins at 7:00a ET. You book according to the time in FL - the time adjustment occurs at 2a, so plan according to the adjusted time in FL.
