FP+ and the Disney College Program

I will post this on the college board as well. But, that forum is much less active so I thought I would try here too.

My son will be in the DCP for Spring 2016. My wife and I are planning a trip in February and expect to enter the park as his guest (so we will not purchase tickets).

Does any one know what that means in terms of ability to make FP+?

Your son will have an MDE account where he can book FPs using his Main Gate and his Guest Passes.

Without an onsite room resort linked to his MDE, he can only book FPs 7 days in advance for a total of 4 days.

With an onsite room reservation, he can book FPs 60 days in advance for the length of the onsite stay or a total of 4 days, whichever is greater in number.

Be aware of block out days as he may not be able to get you into MK.
