Fourth (and more) FP from website?

I've got a question about FP+. I'm having various phone issues, so I am looking at the possibility of not having the My Disney Experience app on my phone during our trip in April/May. Will I be able to book fourth (and more) Fastpasses via the My Disney Experience website?

If you get the app to work on your phone you can use the app, go on your web browser to the site, or use the in park kiosks
