Four vaccines at one doctors appointment, too many or just enough?

I now get my Flu and Covid boosters together. Otherwise, I tend to stay up on schedule, and only one comes along at a time.

Now that I am old and decrepit I qualified for some new vaccines.

At my physical a couple days ago I got covid and shingrix in my left arm and tetanus and pneumococcal in the right.

Despite everyone always telling me how much tetanus hurt, I can say with authority that covid and shingrix are much more painful days later than tetanus and pneumococcal. Two days later it still hurts too much to lay on my left side to sleep.

My wife thinks I am crazy that I let them give me all four at the same time but I figure why spread out and prolong the pain? I also pointed out that the kids often got multiple vaccines at the same time especially when really young.

As an adult how many vaccines have you received at the same time?
I've gotten as many as 4 at one go. It can be draining, bt <shrug>. The pharmacist said she stops people at 4, that she's had people ask for many more because they were traveling.

 One thing has me curious - the high number of people that are mentioning tetanus shots. Here they are a once-every-ten-year thing. Are they recommended on a more frequent schedule in the States? I wouldn't have thought to get my most recent one at all had I not had an injury that landed me in the ER and they just went ahead and jabbed me when I said I couldn't remember the date of my last one.
It's 10 years here. I got my last one before my nephew was born because it also covers whooping cough and my sister asked us to make sure we were vaccinated against flu and whooping cough before being around the baby. He'll be 10 in December, so I'll be due for another around then.

Speaking of the shingles vaccine, my sister-in-law was just diagnosed with shingles last night at the ER, she's 31.

For her nerve pain in her back is the main issue.

Did she have Covid recently? I got shingles last fall post-covid, as did my daughter (cases several months apart) and they told us they’re seeing a lot of shingles cases after Covid now.

No she hasn't at least not that she's aware of. They did test this week for covid having just gotten back from a ski trip. She's been good at testing herself when coming back from trips. However, she did just have a sinus infection with antibiotics taken so perhaps that flared it up. Her sinus infections are not the same as how mine have presented.
