Four Seasons Hotels Inc., which operates luxury hotels worldwide, is on the verge of buying about 400 acres in Walt Disney Co.'s Celebration community for a high-end resort.

Interesting that they should be looking to sell land to a resort company. I would think that it would be against Celebration's mission statement. I wonder if the members of the community get to vote on proposals like this one. I know if I owned a home in Celebration I sure wouldnt want this resort within 2 miles of me for the price I paid for my house.
