Does anyone have a 2009 Entertainment book? I was wondering if there's a US Airways coupon in there. If so, I may want to look into buying one. Is there anyway of checking if a coupon is in the book before you buy?

I have it, but I can't find a US Air coupon in here. Just one for USA3000 and American Airlines.
YOu can try going to their website and see if you can look up a coupon first.

Well, they closed my school! In the three years I have been here they have not canceled the whole day! But I still had to go to work

Complaining about the weather seems to be our favorite topic. It's something we can all identify with I guess. We had no snow here but the wind goes right through you. I never remember it being this bad for this long. The highs are definitely lower than normal now. I guess we're going up to 44-49 this week but colder by the weekend.
I went to Middle Creek to see the geese and tundra swans. It's a place they have for birds to stop during their flight back north. They were so pretty. You cannot go down all the roads during this time but there are several places to stop and walk to the water edge. They sure make a lot of noise too. I put 86 miles on Patrick going but it was worth it. I was disappointed Mom didn't want to eat at Shady Maple but the lot was packed when we drove past. We went and ate at Bird-In-Hand instead. That's a place I could go to every week. Love their chicken corn soup.
Racetrack: Glad you are getting better. I do miss your light off! And we do not bicker late at night. We just don't agree on certain aspects of driver appeal. Winning isn't everything.

Pepper---hope you thawed out! I know those southerners have trouble with cold.
MagiKitty: That's what I went through trying to get air tickets. I could have had cheaper but didn't jump fast enough. I'm looking at it as being cheaper than the last time and at least I'm going...

So how much snow did you end up with? We got about 10" here in Newport, NH. My poor DH cleaned up our snow and then had to go clean up his folks. He is tired!

I think it was winning the 1st 2 races of the season. I think 4 others had done it but back in the day, it was different races. Of course Racetrack would rather have had Little Shrub make history by winning all 3 races of the weekend. But that's the breaks...

Its cold here, according to those who have been outside. All I know is the sun is shining. It is supposed to be 55 Thursday and 60 on Friday.

I am going home on Thursday! I am doing so well that they are kicking me out! Today I did a whole flight of steps, up and down! I was so tired by the end of the afternoon therapy that I came back to my room, climbed in bed and fell sound asleep for nearly an hour!

I can't wait to get home to see my kids and my doggie! (please remind me of that when I tell you that they are driving me nuts). And it looks like I will be able to go to my cousin's twins' christening on Saturday too!
