I don't know if you all remember but right around Christmas, I posted a link to live webcam feed from the Poly beach. I was looking around the rest of the Dis, trying to avoid the CB, and came across this thread.

It has been "ordered" to be shut down. And not by Disney. I've seen the announcement from the owners of the webcam stuff and it really saddens me. I thought it was wonderful what they were doing and it looks like it might end.

Lighttech, I hope the family is pretty much on the mend. There is an epidemic going around in our area too. DS has had a sore throat and has just generally feeling bad for the last couple days. And tonight when we went to classes almost everyone in the gym was sniffing or coughing.

Tis the season! Oldest DD said that the 3 of them had gone through a tummy virus. I hope she keeps her distance cause I can handle sniffles but I don't want that other stuff!

Well...I kind of wonder if some of those people would say that they are Proud to be an American. I am...no matter what and no matter who is President. Everyone I ever voted did not win...but that's the basis of democracy. In many countries, they would not be allowed to say what they have said about our leaders. And I think the way some on the DIS think is very evident in their put down of others. You can only have an opinion if it agrees with theirs. OK--I'll stop, step off the soapbox carefully...

Bopsmom, neither of my kids get the clothes where they belong very well but I have to say that around here DH is the worst about being able to find the hamper. I think he enjoys making more work for me to do.

racetrack18kb, good luck finding the perfect home! I am in awe of people who are willing to move far from home. I have lived my entire life within a 45 mile radius. And on top of that I have actually only lived in 3 different places. I'm not much for change. We live on property that belonged to my grandparents so it would be really hard to leave behind.

I haven't had a chance to even look into WDW planning. DS said that his friends family he was wanting to visit is considering moving to Texas. That would sure simplify things!

Why in the world would you even look at those threads? I swear 5 minutes after the fumbled oath there was a 5 page thread discussing it!
