Fountain Ties at BLT

Does anyone know if the refurbish of the tiles is completed? We will be there soon and this is the first time our children will see the fountain. Hopefully it won't look like it did when we were there the last time.

i would presume it has been completed, there is another thread on this somewhere on here. we were there in feb11-18th and they worked on it mid week, and i dont remember seeing them working on it the 17th.

We were at BLT last week - March 12-20. The fountain was finished when we arrived, and it looks wonderful. I think our tile is a little off from where it used to be, but almost in the same place. DH says what they have done is used glass, with the inscription etched into the bottom so that it is protected. At any rate, it looks so much better than it did before. Hope you are as happy as we were! and have a wonderful trip.

Thank you for the info. Glad our DSs and DDILs will get to see the fountain redone.
This is our 1st trip with DGbabies. They won't remember much but I am sure we will have enough pix to show them of their 1st trip to WDW. This is the reason we added on at BLT. We love our OKW and BCV but this is going to be very convenient with the babies.

It certainly will! Tired feet notwithstanding, we walked every time we went directly to and from the Magic Kingdom. Crowds were almost as high as Christmas last week, really amazing. We have never seen that many folks in eight years of spring break trips. It was wonderful to avoid transportation issues for one park at least
