Oh cool! I am still waiting on rofr and I am going nuts! I see others going thru, one lady said 7 days! Thats great about the flights.. I can't see us driving to austin to fly out unfortuntately, but thats great for y'all!! Where do you own, how long have you and do you love it?? I am so excited, and planning thanksgiving trip if this all works out.

That does sound awesome I would've loved to been on the monorail! I started out thinking I was gonna buy Baylake. But I just needed a lot of points because my husband wants space thus 1-2 bedroom and the studios baylake are so small and just and requires so many points in general so made the decision to get a good deal on a lot of animal kingdom. Bottom line is I can afford more points by buying animal kingdom And I've never stayed there but I have no doubt that We will absolutely love it! of course hoping to try out lots resorts over the years! I'm starting to worry because everyone else seems to be getting out of Rofr and I'm not!

Sorry - I know that's disappointing! Sending pixie dust so that you find an even better contract that does get past ROFR.
I so wish I was!!!! I am so sad, and very frustrated.... for me it was as close to perfect as you could get besides being april uy vs. june..... ugh I have been looking and there is NOTHING out there like it available!!! Why did it take them 3 weeks to figure that out.... so much wasted time.
