We just came back from Disneyland yesterday and I think the hardest part to plan was our transportation to and from the airport, because we have a one year old and a three year old, and we didn´t want to take a taxi, since I have read that from LAX a cab can cost as much as $ 250.
In the end I went to limos.com as someone here suggested, and found DK´s Livery Service, I was a bit afraid, since it was one of the least expensive providers, and we decided to bring a carseat for the baby just in case we decided to rent a car during the trip).
In the end it cost us $ 88 USD to go from airport to the hotel in Anaheim and that was including the tip and the driver provided both a carseat and a booster (I wasn´t sure if our 3 year old would fit the carseat). The caseat was a Scenera which was clean and it fit our 3.5 with still a bit of room to spare.
The only reason why we didn´t use them on our trip back is that we decided to rent a car on the last day to take the girls to the American Girl Place and then return the car at the airport.
We will definetly use them again for upcoming trips.
