First of all, I am not a greedy person or someone who tires to get something I do not feel I am warranted. My Points had an offer to purchase a phone from the wireless store (they had 2 diff stores and I can not remember the difference)...I did the one that offered 2500 points. I bought 2 phones, with 2 contracts and 2 calling plans and fees. I did this on seperate purchases...anyway they only gave me credit for one purchase...when I snet customer care an email asking for my other points they said it was a one time offer. I questioned where it said that on the offer page, they said it did not.
Now I ask you how is a conusmer supposed to know that? the shopping pages let you make numerous purchases and the offers that are only one time, say they are only one time.
After sending at least 3 emails asking what my point of escalation was and getting no response from customer care, my firend suggested to me I contact the BBB. I at first thought this would not get me anywhere bit then thought what the heck, I felt this was falsely advertised.
I am happy to report, that today I got an email stating I would be recieving my other 2500 points.
Again, I was not looking for something I did not feel I was entitled too, it was clearly not marked a one time offer.
