FOTL restrictions for onsite guests?

I just talked a co-worker into booking Protofino Bay for his July 2 - 4 trip. Are there any restrictions on the Express pass feature for onsite guests--i.e. only once per hour, etc?

Last summer they had a restriction of once per hour per attraction until around 3:00p when it was unlimited. They only seemed to enforce it on the more popular attractions.

I know I just read a whole thread about this (b/c we're going the end of June) - I just can't seem to find it.

We were there last year, same dates. The only ride that we were not permitted to ride continuously before 3PM was the Mummy. I heard that the same was in effect for the Hulk, but we did not experience that. I suggest that if you want to ride the Mummy again before 3 that you get in the single rider line.

Worst come to worst, you could go through the rides and relax until 3pm then go back to what you liked.
