FOTL question

We will be staying on site at Universal for one night (a Saturday night) before our WDW timeshare becomes available. We planned on going to IOA on Sunday, and were expecting FOTL privileges. But I assume we will have to turn our room keys in by noon on Sunday, so can we still have FOLT after noon? We could go to IOA on Saturday, but we won't check in until very late afternoon, and would miss most of the day at the park. Anyone know how this works? Thanks for any information.

You don't turn your room cards in. You get to keep them. You will also have front of the line all day even on the day you checkout (Sunday).

Another FOTL question:

We will be staying at the Royal Pacific June 7 to June 11.

Is FOTL available all day at the parks, or is it limited to the early morning hours?

Thanks!!

GREAT!!!! :Pinkbounc

(I had heard somewhere that the FOTL privilege for on-site guests was only during the first 2 hours of park operation. SO GLAD that's not the case . . .)

During peak times (Holidays, summer) FOTL may be limited to one entry per ride on certain popular rides (i.e. Mummy). After 3:00pm, it becomes unlimited.

Has this ever been done? Is it written anywhere? Thanks!

I did read it somewhere. I think it was on some of the on-site hotel propaganda in very small print.

they put the 1 time per ride before 3 pm into effect the last day or our trip last summer. We were there for the 4th July weekend and on that Monday they started the rule for the high demand rides.

When we were there last summer that rule was supposedly in effect, but it was rarely enforced.

Thanks for the replies! I thought it was all speculation. I never read about it officially anywhere and I hadnt heard they actually enforced it before.

Here's what I found in the fine print from the Universal website:

"***On-site hotel privileges good for hotel stay as indicated on the room key card. Only good for the number of guests staying in the room.

Paid theme park admission required. Some attractions excluded. Not valid for separately ticketed special events. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Access may be restricted during certain times at certain attractions."

Has anyone had their FOTL access restricted?

Yes... last summer on July 5 they were inforcing it on the high demand rides.
